Policy & Procedure Updates Underway

We are currently in the process of reviewing and updating the University’s travel policies and procedures to improve clarity, streamline processes, and better support the campus community.

During this transition period, some pages and procedures may continue to be updated or refined. We encourage visitors to review the individual sections located on the left-hand navigation menu for the most current information available.

The Interim Travel Policy has been published and is effective Monday, November 3. The policy will be evaluated by Shared Governance and be published in the future. In the meantime, this policy is effective for all travel done via Concur including in Travel, Request, and Expense modules. Any feedback can be directed to UMBC Business Services or your appropriate representative of shared governance.
