DocuSign Outage - 4/30
DocuSign is experiencing a severe degradation today, which has impacted our forms and use of DocuSign envelopes. There's no ETA yet on resolution, and we'll keep you posted.
The issue only impacts sending to DocuSign, not any of the other Travel functions.

Travel System access is now back
The system has restored all users that were removed earlier this morning and all should be back to normal.
If you experience any issues please submit an RT ticket and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Travel System access issue
This morning the daily maintenance program for the Travel System incorrectly removed access for some people. We have identified the issue and will ensure it does not happen again.
In the meantime we are restoring our database from last night so we can restore the people affected and their department roles.

Travel System Version 2.0 now LIVE
Thank you to everyone who attended the Travel System v2.0 training on 3-14-2023. Gayle Chapman, Sandy Johnson, and Margo Young did a GREAT job!!
As promised, the new version 2.0 is now LIVE in production.
